This inspection is done just prior to the installation of the drywall/stucco. Thus, allowing the inspector to review items that are normally concealed or difficult to access once the sheetrock is in place.
This inspection covers:

- Ductwork rough-in
- Roof straps
- Framing
- Slab
- Exterior walls
- Door and window installation
A pre-drywall inspection phase, it is much easier and less time consuming to fix a problem rather than waiting until after the home is completed to correct the issue.
