Vito
Vito moved to Lakewood Ranch, Florida, with his wife, Kirsten, in 2017. As the Services Director, he brings extensive experience in business and real estate. Vito manages the Hope Home Inspections team of skilled residential home inspectors. He has three adult children residing in New Jersey and enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and playing golf when he is not overseeing the team.

Eric
Eric Wagner was born in Texas but grew up in Northern Virginia. He moved to Florida in 2006 and hasn’t looked back. He graduated from State College of Florida and attended the University of Florida (Go Gators!). He is the proud father of a young woman who is attending school in Virginia, studying early childhood development. He says, “Being that I am from Texas and Virginia, I am big but loving.”

Chris has an extensive background in home renovation and remodeling, equipping him with the knowledge to answer all questions and concerns while providing insights on how to correct any issues. With a thirst for adrenaline, Chris spends his free time seeking exhilarating experiences like skydiving, but he also enjoys relaxing by the pool with his dogs.

Shaun Buckley is a Florida-licensed home inspector with hands-on experience conducting residential inspections. He’s trained in Spectora software and has a background in medical administration, where he developed strong attention to detail and customer service skills. Shaun is committed to delivering thorough, reliable inspections to help clients make informed decisions. Shaun brings reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to learning to every inspection he performs.
