Don’t Assume a New Home Is Perfect
Just because a home is newly built doesn’t mean it’s flawless. Construction mistakes happen due to tight deadlines, miscommunication, and subcontractor errors. Our new construction inspections catch issues before they become costly problems.
Our New Construction Programs
We offer three key inspection stages for new builds:
Pre-Drywall Inspection — Inspect framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC before walls are closed. This is your best chance to catch hidden defects.
Final Walk-Through Inspection — A comprehensive inspection before you close, evaluating all finished systems.
Builder Warranty Inspection — Conducted before your builder’s warranty expires to identify issues that need repair at the builder’s expense.
Why Inspect New Construction?
County building inspectors have limited time and focus on code compliance — not quality. Our inspectors spend 2–3 hours evaluating workmanship, safety, and functionality with tools like infrared cameras.
We’ve found issues in new homes ranging from improperly wired electrical panels to missing roof straps and plumbing leaks behind walls.
