In-Person Interview Preparation Requirements
Before attending your first interview, please complete the following items. These steps are mandatory and help us make the most of our interview time together.
1- Accumax Personality Assessment
All candidates must complete the Accumax Personality Assessment prior to interviews. This assessment takes approximately 10–15 minutes and helps us better understand work styles, communication preferences, and team alignment. We will review your results together during the interview.
2- Employment Application
Please download, print, and complete the application form. Bring the completed document with you to your interview.

Ride-Along Interview Information
Selected candidates may be invited to a ride-along as part of the interview process. Ride-alongs allow you to observe real inspections and gain insight into daily responsibilities.
Your Ride-Along
Please complete the following steps for your scheduled ride-along interview:
- Download, print, complete, and bring with you the Ride-Along Waiver
- Review the checklist of items that was emailed to you in advance
- Dress appropriately for an active inspection environment, including closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
