These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Hope Home Inspections. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms.
Program description. Hope Home Inspections sends two types of text messages. Service-related messages include appointment scheduling and reminders, notifications that an inspection report is ready, and follow-up communications related to your inspection or our services. Promotional messages include occasional offers, updates, and educational content about our services. Promotional messages are sent only to recipients who have expressly opted in to receive them.
How you enroll. You provide consent to receive service-related messages when you schedule an inspection with us or provide your phone number to coordinate an inspection. You provide consent to receive promotional messages by opting in through a form on our website or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive them.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inspection and your interactions with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Hope Home Inspections does not charge for the text messages themselves.
Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in. You may also contact our office at 941-773-1144 to be removed.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
